Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for TradeStop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction, those laws prevail.

1) Free Trial (No Card Required)

  • New users receive a 7-day free trial that begins only after you verify your email inside the app.

  • Because no payment method is collected for the trial, your trial does not auto-convert to a paid plan.

  • When the trial ends, access locks and you will be prompted in the app or on our site to manually subscribe if you wish to continue.


2) How to Cancel

You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date:

  • Log in to your account at letstradestop.com and visit your Billing section (user portal), or

  • Email support@letstradestop.com and we’ll help you.

Effective date of cancellation. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds or credits for unused time after cancellation.

Failed renewal. If payment fails at renewal, access locks immediately until payment is completed.


3) Refunds

Because TradeStop is a software subscription that delivers immediate utility, all subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, with one limited exception:

3.1 “Unused within 3 days” exception (initial paid purchase only)

You may request a refund within 3 days of your first paid subscription purchase *if-and only if-* the subscription was not used at all.

“Not used” means all of the following are true:

  • You did not sign into the app after the purchase timestamp, and

  • You did not link a device, set sessions, apply/override blocks, or otherwise trigger any enforcement actions, and

  • Our system logs (which exclude trading content and unnecessary PII) confirm no post-purchase activity on your account.

How to request: Email support@letstradestop.com from your account email with the subject “Refund Request – Unused within 3 Days.” If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary (typically 5-10 business days).

Important notes:

  • This exception applies only to your initial paid purchase after the trial—not to renewals.

  • Any post-purchase sign-in or app activity constitutes use and voids eligibility.

  • Use of the app during the free trial does not create refund eligibility for the subsequent paid period.

3.2 Renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid renewal billing, cancel before the renewal date.

3.3 Discretionary exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, grant a one-time good-faith exception in unusual circumstances. Discretionary exceptions are not guaranteed.


4) Managing Your Subscription

  • Manage or cancel from your user portal at letstradestop.com.

  • The app provides a “Manage Billing” link that opens the same user portal.

5) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there’s a billing error, please contact support@letstradestop.com first. We’ll investigate and resolve quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may temporarily suspend account access while the payment provider and card network review the dispute. We’ll provide accurate records of service and usage as needed.


6) Account Deletion vs. Cancellation

  • Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not delete your account or settings.

  • To delete your account (permanent), contact support@letstradestop.com. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for elapsed or remaining time in the current billing period.


7) Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or on our site.
