Welcome to TradeStop (“TradeStop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at https://www.letstradestop.com (the “Site”) and our desktop software application(s) (the “App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). If a conflict exists between these Terms and the Policies, these Terms control, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

1) What TradeStop Is (and Isn’t)
What we provide. TradeStop is a discipline tool that helps you enforce your own trading schedule by blocking access to TradingView and/or broker endpoints outside of the time windows you define. During blocked times, you may still analyze charts (when technically possible), but placing new orders is prevented because the App blocks network access to trading endpoints you select.
Not financial advice. TradeStop does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services, and is not a substitute for your judgment or professional advice.
No affiliation. We are not affiliated with TradingView, Tradovate, or any other broker/platform. Their names are used for identification only.
Your results. We do not guarantee any trading outcomes or profits. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.
2) Eligibility & Account
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your region) to use the App.
You must create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
3) Free Trial & Subscription
Free trial (no card): A 7-day free trial begins only after you verify your email in the App. The trial does not auto-convert to a paid plan.
Subscription: After the trial, access locks unless you manually subscribe via the user portal on the Site. The current price is $4.99/month (plus applicable taxes/fees).
Renewals & failed payments: Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, access is locked immediately until payment is completed.
Manage billing: Manage or cancel from your user portal on letstradestop.com.
Refunds: See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short, subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, except for the “unused within 3 days” initial purchase exception described there.
4) License & Updates
License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on up to two (2) devices per account, for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms.
Updates. We may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements. Updates are prompted for your approval. Some updates may be necessary for the App to function properly. Features may change over time.
Ownership. TradeStop owns all rights, title, and interest in the App and Site, including all software, design, and content, subject to third-party rights.
5) How Enforcement Works (and Your Consent)
System-level changes. To enforce your schedule, the App may modify local system settings (e.g., hosts file entries, local DNS rules, firewall rules) to block access to selected domains or IP addresses during blocked times.
Your consent. By using the App, you authorize and consent to these system-level changes for the purpose of enforcing your rules. You can uninstall the App at any time, which stops further enforcement and attempts to remove our entries (see Section 12).
No force-quit. When a session ends or a block begins, we do not force-close TradingView. You may continue analyzing until you close the app; the overlay/next-launch block and network blocks then apply.
Safety override. If enabled by you, you may trigger a manual unblock once per day with a 5-minute delay and a required reason; you can cancel the pending unblock before it takes effect. This design aims to reduce impulsive overrides while leaving you in control.
Integrity. Do not circumvent or tamper with the App, enforcement mechanisms, or system entries created by the App. Doing so violates these Terms.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to circumvent, disable, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any security or enforcement features.
Interfere with other users’ access or the App’s operation.
Use the App in a way that violates third-party terms (e.g., TradingView or your broker).
Misrepresent your identity or engage in fraud.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations (see Section 14).
7) Service Availability
We aim to operate reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues (e.g., OS updates, antivirus behavior, ISP/DNS changes, broker/platform changes) may impact the App. You acknowledge these risks and agree we won’t be responsible for delays, missed trades, or losses arising from such events.
8) Third-Party Services
TradeStop may reference or interact with third-party services (e.g., TradingView, brokers, cloud providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, changes, or outages.
9) Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy (linked on the Site) to understand what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
10) Payments, Taxes & Pricing
Prices are shown in USD unless noted otherwise and exclude taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees.
We may change prices or plans prospectively with notice on the Site or in the App. Changes will not apply retroactively to a paid-up period.
Billing and receipts are handled through our website user portal.
11) Disclaimers
TradeStop is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that enforcement will always work as intended in every environment.
We do not give financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and for any consequences of blocking or not blocking access.
12) Uninstall & Device Limits
You may uninstall the App at any time. Uninstalling stops future enforcement and attempts to remove TradeStop’s local system entries related to blocking. (Some OS/AV settings may require a reboot or manual steps.)
Your plan allows up to two (2) active devices per account. Linking a third device may require you to revoke an existing device in your user portal.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeStop and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or trading losses or missed opportunities arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or Site – even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App, Site, or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $25 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation will apply to the maximum extent permitted.
14) Termination
You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time (see Policies). We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially violate these Terms (e.g., tampering, reverse engineering, abusive conduct), pose a security risk, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitations, governing law) shall survive.
15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App/Site. If you are a consumer and mandatory law in your country grants you different rights, those rights remain unaffected.
17) Export & Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or entity subject to embargoes or sanctions. You agree to comply with applicable export and sanctions laws.
18) Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, internet/telecom failures, government actions, labor disputes).
19) Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms + the Policies are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App/Site.
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights/obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Notices. We may send notices to the email associated with your account or display them in the App/Site.
